We have hired a 3rd party to take over managing the server security and upgrades. We have used this company in the past when we upgraded the server and they will be maintaining it on a full time basis to keep us completely up to date and secure. Tonight we will need to do a server reboot so there will be some downtime, this reboot is scheduled for 2am central time and should last less than an hour.

SeeksAdmin is the company we are using, this is a 24/7 management solution and will ensure our ability to maintian a 99.9% uptime as well as being able to react to issues in minutes instead of hours.

Please do not hesitate to put a support ticket in if you find errors on your server after these upgrades, the following portions of the server will be affected:

  • Frontpage removal
  • MySQL Update
  • cPanel / WHM Update
  • PHP / Apache Update
  • System Software Update
